متابعةً لخدمات الشركة العملاقة مايكروسوفت، أطلقت مؤخراً تطبيقها الجديد والمطروح خصيصاً للشركات Office 365 Video ، والذي هو عبارة عن بوابة لإيصال الأفكار ووجهات النظر داخل جسم المؤسسة عبر مقاطع الفيديو، وبذلك يوفّر نقطة مهمة في تبادل الأفكار والرسائل والرؤية داخل المؤسسة، كذلك يمكن الإستفادة منه في تدريب ومتابعة الموظفين الجدد.والأكثر من ذلك يوفّر Office 365 Video أداة لمشاهدة الإجتماعات المنعقدة داخل الشركة أو المؤسسة، وبذلك يجلب التطبيق المحتوى والذي هو عبارة عن مقاطع الفيديو على جهازك الآيفون بكل سلاسة وسرعة، وأشير لكم أن مايكروسوفت طرحت مؤخراً تحديث جديد لخدماتها Office 365 المكتبية والمتمثّلة بتطبيق الإكسل وتطبيق العروض التقديمية باوربونت، وأخيراً تطبيقها المهم وورد على أجهزة التابلت العاملة بنظام أندرويد.ومع التطبيق الجديد هذا، سيوفّر كثيراً على الموظفين من إرسال ومشاركة الملفات يدوياً أو حتى عبر الحسابات الإلكترونية، فهو بالأحرى مركزية داخل شبكة الإنترنت الداخلية للمؤسسة، كذلك يعتمد التطبيق على تقنية التشغيل HTML5 بهدف ضمان وصول المحتوي المُشَارك للجميع، مع تمكين مدراء تكنولوجيا المعلومات من إنشاء التصنيفات المتنوعة لأنواع مقاطع الفيديو المختلفة.كما سيمكّنك Office 365 Video من تسجيل وتحميل مقاطع الفيديو على جهازك الآيفون، مع ميزة التصفح والبحث داخل التطبيق، علاوةً على وضع الفيديوهات الأكثر مشاهدة والتي تتجه إليها المؤسسة في القائمة الرئيسية للتطبيق.ملاحظة مهمّةيتطلب تطبيق Office 365 Video وجود “Office 365 Enterprise or Academic subscription license to sign in”، أي وجود مكتب لخدمة التطبيق في الشركة أو ترخيص أكاديمي، كما ستكون متاحة للمشتركين في خدمة SharePoint Online.
